Monday- Meditation
We challenge you to meditate on G-d, His Word, life application, etc for at least 15 mins today.

Wellness Wednesday
Do something today that you know is good for you and is going to help you live a long and healthy life. It can be the gym, a run, eating better- whatever! Just do it in the spirit of thankfulness and service to G-d.

Family Friday
Get together with friends and family today for a Shabbat dinner. Jesus would have spent every Friday evening with His disciples and friends- it couldn't hurt for us to do the same. Having a G-d honoring community is critical and this is one of the ways you can engage in one.

Talk to G-d Tuesdays
We challenge you to set aside time today to specifically bring the things burdening your heart before G-d. This will likely require time and personal processing to figure out what those things are but it is necessary.

Thankful Thursday
Take time today to thank G-d for all He has done for you. At this point in the week we've already meditated on Him, give Him our cares, and the least we can do is take 15 mins to thank Him for all He does, has done, and will do in our lives.

Saturday- Rest
Rest today. G-d call us to rest on this day and we could defintely use it.
